Y/ Flying Fish
A flying fish was flying,
Flying too high, flying too far
Ending up on the beach
Gasping for water
Torrential rains kept it alive
But how it longed that someone 'd
Pick it up and throw it back
In the ocean of our Creator
A flying soul
Was flying too high
Was flying too far
Away from the ocean of God
The ego had brought it
To throwing stones at a helpless woman
He was praised to heaven
And the soul lay gasping
The ego had brought it
To throwing bombs on 4 year old kids
He was called a hero
And the soul lay gasping
The ego had brought it
To a hell of manipulations and lies
He thought he was really rich
And the soul lay gasping
The ego had brought it
To the rape of children
He thought he had had fun
And the soul lay gasping
The ego had brought it
To preach hatred
He thought he was popular
And the soul lay gasping
A flying fish had
Decided to fly
To fly away from the ocean
The ocean of Love

You have given a universal message through the symbol of a fish out of water, waters of love and divinity. when we fly out of this ocean our souls lie gasping on the rock of ego, it's inspiring piece of writing.
The basic essence of life is love...towards parents, neighbours, the poor, animals, nature etc...this ocean of love we must all sail, towards the source of all that love is...the Most Merciful..! ! Beautiful write, a great 10!
