Answered Prayer

Lord, You heard them
You heard them prayed.
For what they want
For what is to happen
And you, Oh Lord;
You answered them.
And they received it.

Lord, You heard them
You heard them cried.
And You wiped their tears
Joy and happiness came.
That they received it
From Your hands.

Forgive them, Oh Lord,
For those who prayed
And received it;
That after their prayer
Was answered,
They forgot you.

For their joy was in the
World of sin. And when
They fall, they come back
To You, Oh Lord;
And you forgave them.
How great is Your mercy
And grace! for You
Answered their prayer
Again. How great is You,
Oh Lord; How great is You.

And I- - -
Let be my prayer
Be full of thanksgiving:
For I want to be
Not like them.
Let it be, Oh Lord;
Let it be.

My love like the spectator ydly sits
Beholding me that all the pageants play,
Disguysing diversly my troubled wits.
