A New Page To Write
Spend a day with nature
Writing a new page of life
Staring at the blanket of stars
Before the sun rise,
Leaven my cozy house just
To have a little fun writing about us,
Holding on to every dream we had made
Life was good when you were true,
When dreams of us was fun, love was fun,
But know I walk along a path were we once
Walked holding on to what we called love
But that was sometime ago,
I close my eyes to heaven just to see if dreams
Could ever be made again,
To see if love will find me in this later part of my life,
I feel the cold touch of the wind brushing around my face
Just like the way you once touched my skin;
Tingly I hang on to what memory I could of you,
Then I write away the pain of you game of love.
I Listen now more then I ever had before,
I Listen for the voice of you again,
The missing words I had never heard.
Through all of nature’s sound humid through my
Mind right on time when life now seams so right,
The sky is growing slowly brighter why life makes way in
Ready to start over again.
Letting go of what I once held in the pain of the past!
The breeze seems to quicken at my soul to help me let go.
I feel fresh rejuvenation for a new chapter of life,
So now I open my eyes to write and live life.
