War Poem by Steve Olver

War

War we need to pay the bills,
Kill some babies, sod the ills.

Trash some houses steal some land
Then as king I will stand.

I'll make some babies, build a town
Make an enemy to tear it down.

Those babies when they are grown
I'll sell the souls of seed I've sown.

So called terrorists that need some love
In prison I will heedless shove.

One day when I need a rest,
Someone else may think its best

To buy some men and some arms
And right the ill of my harms.

Steal again the land I stole
Help mankind to dig a hole.

They can then make some dosh
Make a profit from my loss!
