The night has elapsed, the beautiful morning has taken it's position.
As it blows it's fresh and relaxing breeze on the skin of man, showers it's dew on leaves and plants alike,
from it the bright day emanates, with the sun up above the sky, with it's rays piercing through the ozone towards the earth;

The Blessed Month Of Ramadan

As the gleam of the sun brightens the day,
the glittering of the stars give hope to the densed dark night,
and as the moon beam beautifies the thick clouds,
there comes to the world a blessed month.

pigeons yodel in the sky with ecstacy,
humming birds flapping their wings in eagerness,
men anticipating with glee in their hearts,
for the blessed month of Ramadan.

The blessed month with blessed months at it's fore and hind,
the month that harboured the Qur'an,
the month that contains the night of power,

the night that encompasses the blessings of a thousand months,
the month of favours and bounties,
the month of forgiveness and mercies
the month of prayers and praises,

it is you we welcome,
bring us, with you sanctity,
for indeed, we're sin - soaked entities,
bring us, with you glad tidings,
for verily, we're drenched in despair.
