Nazm!

Be rehem hawaon mein
Ajnabi manaazir mein
Iss dil-e-musaafir ko
Koi gham nhi kyun keh
Mushkilon mein bhi apna
Raabta to Rab se he
Aur jaanay kub se he

Maadiyyat ki duniya mein
Khwahishon keh jungle mein
Kis sukoon se mera
Be qaraar dil thehra
Be panaah adab se he
Aur jaanay kub se he

Dil sada ka baaghi he
Sirf khud se raazi he
Be fikar jahan se he
Per he ussko darr jitna
Bus Tere ghazab se he
Aur jaanay kub se he

Mujhko aankh khulne se
Kuchh nazar nhi aata
Meri bund aankhon mein
Aaj jalwa gar ho ja
Mein ne tujh ko socha hi
Ik ajeeb dhubb se he
Aur jaanay kub se he

Sub se hi shanasaai
Aur khud mein tunhaai
Kiya ajab paheli he
Zindagi ka rishta bhi
Ustawaar sub se he
Aur jaanay kub se he

Muntazir wahan tu he
Muntazir yahan mein hun
Ab hijaab pulta de
Mein ne Tere baaray mein
Sunn rakha to sub se he
Aur jaanay kub se he

Jab kbhi bhi jaana he
Uss ki simt jaana he
Rooh or Khuda k beech
Abdiyyat ka yeh rishta
Bus issi sabab se he
Aur jaanay kub se he

Dil jab Uss se lagta he
Phir sukoon milta he
Kaatna nigaahon mein
Raat ka kahan mushkil
Dosti to apni bus
Iss charaagh e shab se he
Aur janay kub se he

Noor ki Tajalli ho
Dil ko ik tasalli ho
Mujh pe bus karam itna
Kuchh zarur ho jaey
Rooh k andheron mein
Koh e toor ho jaey
Munfarid Batool apni
Bus issi talab se he
Aur jaanay kub se he!

The world of desires is so...nothing is visible even while eyes are open. Beautiful stanzas of meaningful lines. I am sure you can render this in English to open it for all. With what I know I can feel it but I cannot follow all the lines. Thank you. (Report) Reply

Alone beside Caermarthen Bay.
