Left behind with a rose
to leave in your mind,
to have a memory of those
who had no moral.
Not even the most small-minded
can be blinded
by the pain they caused..
but then again,
there is no win in this game,
in the end all will be lost.
Left behind with a rose
that you would think
it would be the last thing
they would have ever chose
to leave behind...
Left with despair,
in a new world, no
one would let you in.
Left with no care,
so fragile, that you can bruise
so easily that you always
have to give in.
A cross you hold
so you would know
who to look for
without being rejected.
Left alone,
only silence is your friend,
Abandoned, they are
thinking you will never exist,
only until
you find your way back into life again.
