If You Forget Me

If you forget me,
I need you to know
That through winter’s sleet
And its frosty snow-
One fact remained true,
Enduring each blow -
I always loved you!

If you forget me,
Just remember this:
One candlelit night
And its graceful kiss -
Not raucous nor off cue
Instead sweet honest bliss,
For I always loved you!

If you forget me,
My sheets will be tossed.
Each second we spent
Since our two paths crossed
Will be erased, you’ll see.
Hence all will be lost
If you forget me.

I like that. If you forget me, I always loved you. If you forget me, I always loved you. If you forget me, if you forget me. There is no will always love you. And I like that. Because if you forget me then I forgot you. Good stuff young man. (Report) Reply
