Contentment

Contentment- - - -
Is but a small heart
On your great life,
But it seems the greatest,
And the most blessed
Achievement.
Of who you are,
Of who they are,
Of whom they be,
Of whom they are.
The only matters is what
You are now.

Contentment- - - -
Is but a small to eyes
Of those who are not
Contented of what they are,
It is but a little dream
Of those who dream
Bigger than you are.
But it was the greatest,
And the most blessed
Achievement. You received
From God’s hand!
No regret nor sorrow,
Neither rue nor sigh.

Contentment- - - -
Is the greatest joy in your heart,
That the world cannot give.

Poem of the Day

poet Walt Whitman

ARM’D year! year of the struggle!
No dainty rhymes or sentimental love verses for you, terrible year!
