Anyroom Will Do - Poem by albot george

Wrapped in cool cotton sheet
Her nakedness pressed for only me to see
Her eyes still closed to hold her dreams
No movement to see,
Just the rises and fall of her breath
Giving a life to the sheets;

I want to sit and watch
This is the place I want to be
No other place or journey
That I care to make,

To sit and watch and to wait
For the warmth of her smile
To over flow my heart
For her to hear me say
I love you my darlynn,
With open arms;

Now the journey I'll take
Is to the centre of the bed
Beside you
XXX
sweet dreams,
night night babe
