Somewhere far away,
in another galaxy,
there is a little star
that started to shine
several years ago.
Its light is traveling
at a dazzling speed
towards our planet
with a message of love
a message of kindness.
Less, much less now
than a light year away
that lovely little light
from that tiny star
will reach us soon.
Once it reaches,
no heart 'll remain shut;
all the beauty and love
will enter freely
into all humanity
Oh, little star
let your light come
and keep on shining
for a world, a planet
that needs you oh so much.
Such a lovely poem that brings so much comfort to the heart. It is always good to think that one day the light of love n peace will prevail in the world n humanity will benefit from this light.

I am charmed by this thought- -a star shining with such peace and joy! ! ! That there could be a star coming our way is usually a thought filled with dread but you see such an advent as one of benevolence and to be awaited with joy! I think I shall join you in your optimistic view of such events- - Beautifully written, charming the reader with such on-targets words chosen, charming with such simple poetic structure, all poetic factors blend together seamlessly. Well done!
