Upon A Dismal Day Poem by Greg Davidson

Upon A Dismal Day

Rating: 5.0

My love is as the greying winter skies,
That clouds my eyes,
To all but she who stands before me now.

With cries,
And sighs from deep within,
I despise the time when I must leave you.

Alas, again, adieu.

A fine poem for a dismal day of parting.
