True Prayer
True prayer is like becoming one
with the endless forgiveness of our God,
like letting melt away our ego
in the warmth of that unlimited mercy
It's like floating in grace
becoming softer and softer
and softer and softer
and softer and softer
dissolving all resentment
until only kindness remains
