Tranquility Poem by Incognito Pseudonymosx

Tranquility

Rating: 4.5

It waits, far and beyond,
It longs for warmth of love and bond,
Heaviness and comfort, lying it stands,
They’re nothing more than silk and cotton strands

Everyday, they wait for our return
Every night, they seize our every turn
They catch our tears whenever we mourn,
When we are crumbling, devastated and torn

Pillows- gentle and silken
They’re there for us
When our emotion are sunken
When someone led us down
Whenever we whimper and frown
When we fall,
If we fail,
They’d be sure to catch us
Fair and square.

It’s a relief
A mind easing grief
To know that’s someone with us to perceive
With whatever problem we receive

It’s a long journey, far to end
No Alleviation, no serenity
We break, they’ll be sure to mend,

You show sympathy, tho not really
We appreciate, your compassion and empathy

Long-life companions
We’ll live through far this eon
With you, with me
You’ll be my comfort zone
