Until You Can No More Poem by Incognito Pseudonymosx

Until You Can No More

I lived a life that was full of choices
But one thing is a fact, that I never choose
Was to live a life, like a cowering goose,
Nor be vigilant like a mighty moose.

But it seems like, life holds a truce,
That was never fair nor ever true,
Like fading rainbow or a tormented shadow,
Or the blind faith that you always follow,

It may be true about what it can do,
Like how it can break and trample you,
life’s a game that you know you’ll lose
Why in the end, you’re in a noose.

Life can’t be describe by mere words only,
For it can contain thousands of memories,
Full of surprises, guilt and falling debris,
It's a tricky journey, are you ready?

When your last breath’s gone,
How would you feel about the things you’ve done?
Would you be happy, contented and satisfied?
Or regret that you forgot to live your life?

Start today, so you won’t regret tomorrow,
Live your life and the rest will follow,
You only have one, don’t tell but show,
prevail in it until you can no more.
