The Better Days Of Us. Poem by hazel jackson

The Better Days Of Us.

Rating: 5.0

The better days of our relationship are what kept me here, I couldn't wait to see where this friendship lead us.
We were so close...Pre-k besties, idols of one another, now we fall short to even notice each other.

We are like strangers now, you play your role as a G like a pro around your friends, yet..im still the same.
Its ok I see I.C.U.(I'll carry you)I know your heart, I know where your truth lies, I've seen you without your disguise when you were completely blind.

Don't worry I can keep a secret but how long will you pretend before that secret, your secret gets out.
please friend, my friend no more games, bring back the better days of us.
