Spring Hopes Eternal Poem by W.I. Stoneberger

Spring Hopes Eternal

Rating: 5.0

Wake one morning
and notice the window is Spring
- a rollercoaster of roses
ferris wheel of wings
a carnival of green
yellow polka-dots of dandelions
decorate the day
spin of wind
through the wisteria
purple petals butter(flutter) fly
an abundance of azaleas
flash like fireworks
a celebration of the season.

Open the window
and let it step inside.

A colorful and flowing dscription of the upcoming season....somewhat reminding me of my poem 'Emerging Life' where the dogwoods and roses open by day only closing by night....
