Peaceful Conscience

One bite of bread
If fairly shared
Given with love and care
Shall saturate whole brain.

The tiny space fairly shared
Land, chair, or bed
Offered with love and care
Shall give the soul its rest.

Love cures people, both the ones who give it and the ones who recieve it! Sharing our little things with others gives us immense satisfaction! Nice poem with a sweet message! Thanks for your sweet comment my friend! (Report) Reply

This be true if bread whole grain
But crumbs in bed rough disdain
And peaceful sleep in chair or bed
    The mind switched off
    And rested soul
    For BLT and coffee hot
    The morning brings
what years may not. :) (Report) Reply
