Memories Live Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Memories Live

Rating: 5.0

Age at some
Point
Takes over
The body.

Simple moves
Turn into
Hard maneuvers
To make.

Loved ones
Visit, they
Have their own
Lives to live.

They come
They leave
Nest again
Is empty.

Life seems
To be still
Memories
Seem to live.

With age comes privations of many sort. Body strikes, social life becomes weak. Friends and relatives come just for a short visit and when they leave, we are once again left lonely with a handful of memories! You have rightly presented the changes in life!
