It Was Reality Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

It Was Reality

It sent me shiver
With litter "would be offer"
Of love from you
I failed to see through

It was you standing before
Eyes refused to believe therefore
As it was dream like
Never in mind to strike

You were staring
But not daring
I wanted to extend hand
Just say "thank you" and for being friend

I am novice
And know nothing how to promise
Yet I felt like rushing
Under the day as it was shining'

My heart was missing a beat
When you expressed to greet
I found heaven on earth
I forgot even taking breathe

Yes it was reality
That took place ten years really
You expressed solid union
Till then we are companion
