It Was Never Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

It Was Never

Rating: 5.0

It was never an intention
But earnest try for retention
Of love that I loved to have
From you to hold and behave

I do not know yet about in depth
And that shall not be made known till death
Yet I go for unknown love
That drives me crazy to believe

Not that your smile attracted
Not that your simplicity affected
I was all along alone on road
Your majestic walk just rode in mind

It was as if magic spell
The wind blew with fragrance well
I was spell bound for couple of minutes
That all made me to think and relate

Yes it is full of emotion
My tale is no different from compassion
It is real from angle of attachment
Lovely feeling with elegant moment

I shall not weave any more thread
For life to shatter and misfortune to lead
I shall strive for better approach
The mission of life is molded as such

You may have some reservation
But that may cause for my elation
I shall go to any extent
To gain for happiest life and moment
