History May Repeat Itself Poem by Khairul Ahsan

History May Repeat Itself

Rating: 5.0

Gaza is burning.
Palestinians are being annihilated,
The world is watching,
While Gaza is burning.

A child is washing his dead brother's blood,
Nobody knows what is going on in his mind.
He is terrorised!
Who to blame if he turns into a terrorist?

Terrorising an entire nation
In the name of ‘right of self defence'
Is a rotten jargon the world should abandon
Forthwith and forever.

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
The scenes of destruction and annihilation are savage and ghastly. The humanity should speak out against this horror. The poets' voice, if raised, may be heard and heeded to.

A sublimest super poem, Mr. Khairul Sir, that's why I dislike Nathan's bad deeds and his whole regime, constantly blaming the Palestinians. Yes, that boy will be a future terrorist, sure..5 Stars full.
