Dream And Reality Poem by Abdul Wahab

Dream And Reality

Just last night I was confronted with a man
Short build, stout and a quack
And I am accused that I live in dream
What he talks is bestowed with reality
This is really a funny thing
A thing that contains fun enough
And I laugh to cry and I cry to laugh
To calm out my anger
To subsidise my anguish
Oh! My dignity and composure forgive me please
I am unable to make them understand
Really this life in this world is a dream
Reality is for those who sleep in open eyes.
