Dream Land Poem by Abdul Wahab

Dream Land

Rating: 4.5

I imagine of a dream- land of my own
Above the surface are the hills of gold
Below my feet are the wells of gas and oil
On the road rolls many a piece of diamond

In air no poison but only linger drops of peace
In hearts lay no greed no hate but only love
The clash of civilizations no one ever thinks
Like rain pours happiness from clouds above

No one is too small or tiny, no one is too big
No one is too poor or no one too much rich
Everyone tastes the taste of development
And no one loathes but sings life in same pitch.
