Could You Say?

When you smile with a cheerful face
Touching my soul staying far far away,
I dream of you with a delightful mind
And live for you every night and day.

When you are there very near to me,
And end my long time waiting spree,
I long to gift a fresh red rose,
And wish to hold you and walk together free.

When your small fingers touch my palm
And makes you passionate and intensely shiver,
I feel like starting a beautiful journey,
Sailing together to the horizon, in the lone river.

When you look deep into my eyes
And turn your face into crimson red,
I wish to touch your tender lips
And lovingly kiss your forehead.

I embrace my heart with your thoughts,
They seek some moments for me to say,
My wish cries to hug you tight,
And make a memorable romantic day.

Is it my love that speaks for you? Could you say?

Expressing the thoughts of a person in love can only be done by a poet who has experienced it. And it clearly shows in your words. (Report) Reply

    Dear Poet,
I am very much honored to find you and your verses. From the first glance itself, the class of the romantic flame within you is self announcing! Ages might trample human experiences, winnings and even long-cherished dreams and expectations, but the kind of mellifluous muse might keep permeating over generations. Your craft has its peculiar hue and scent. Maintain them for ever more. I would love to read some more, let me. will duly mail you. take care. rgds.

A romantic poem with over flowing love so gently told touches the chords of the heart.A true poem with rhyme and rhythm is splendid! (Report) Reply

Outpouring of passionate romance! The question at the end is redundant! You yourself have answered it! A well structured poem! (Report) Reply
