I'd be fooling around NOW with friends on here,
…but our Internet is NOT now "in gear".
Our account was ‘closed'; it' a story ….
(I'll spare telling you) …NOT filled with glory.
I apologize (esp.) to ESL readers.I do REGRET …..
that some of this poem you may NOT …. "get".
["get" means "understand"]It is a RISK ……
all take, reading words from Bri.Tsk tsk! **
[[ I CAN use our PC's "Microsoft Word" ….feature.
I am doing it now! ]]I AM a creature ….
with little computer knowledge, and …
what I've learned I've learned since college, ….
….AND much of ‘THAT' my dear wife taught ME.
But DO NOT think she did ‘it' ALL for ….free!
So, once I type and save this poem on …our PC,
I'll dole it out to you all, &, yes, all for FREE! !
In a few days our account will again ‘start',
…. & I can "paste" it to YOU, from MY, Bri's, ‘heart'.
Oh! I nearly forgot to mention my reason ….
for sending this! While it's not treason …
to forget, YOU may wonder: "Why? "
Answer: I'm announcing the monthly list from Bri ….
…in which I share my recent ‘favorite-poem'-picks.
It's the TRUTH; I'm (now) NOT playing tricks!
Look in my Poet's Notes and you'll find …
poems I've enjoyed lately (of any kind)….
….by P-H authors, be she or he a "stranger" OR a "friend".
I hope you find some YOU like; see below. The END.
(January …18th & 20th….2020)
