Bees Poem by Aftab Alam

Bees

Rating: 5.0

I know why there is smoke,
I know why you stoned,
You want my honey,
It is act of stealing,
Act of looting,
You are the cause of agitation,
If we sting,
You called me furious,
Justify-who is furious?
Waiting for your reply,
Whole world is curious

WELL, yes, the bees would be justified if they became furious. but could it bee (i mean be) that maize plants, cattle, rice plants, goats, cotton plants, horses, and ALL other plants and animals used by mankind would be justified? maybe that is why horses sometimes throw off their riders? i'm going to send this to MyPoemList. furious/curious.........i like it! maybe the bees are curious about how many of them can sting the human (not bear i guess, as i think the thief threw stones at the bees' home) . but i've heard that when 'honey bees' sting, the stinger and some bee gland get pulled away from the bee, resulting in the bee's death! too bad. but MAYBE the plants and lower beasts don't feel the pain or frustration a person would. hmmm? bri :)
