A Journey To Hometown Poem by Revanth Badadha

A Journey To Hometown

Rating: 4.9

In the biting cold night,
Journey to hometown.
Awake alone around
Mind fluttering just like a flag on a windy day

Outside the window,
Young plants and old trees
sprinting along,
The snoring uncle beside me,
Not let me sleep with comfort.

The charger point, Jio Sim, WhatsApp, Facebook
Never let go of me.
Time passes through
Without my knowledge.

The last hour of journey
seems to be more than a year,
Waiting for the love of my mom,
Care of my dad, smile of my sister.
