Passion was my sheer delight, with One man who took a flight.
Somewhere that I do not know, and yet my juices still do flow.
I saw a glimpse of heaven above, blindly seeing, defining love.
This mans eyes clearly given, for me to drown in, with all forgiven.
When he said my name, a fire broke out, the embers burning in my womb, no doubt.
That fire seething from deep inside, relentlessly holds the tears I've cried.
It started when I was a child of two,
I was wanting attention, as many girls do.
So soon we were playing hide and go seek,
after he came home from work, I'd hide and not speak.
He would look all over for me everywhere
and when he found me, I cried and stared.
One day he walked in with a cardboard box,
and I was wearing pajamas and socks.
He placed the box on the top of the freezer.
