Sunshine, you're my sunshine
and without you nothing's right.
You warm me like the sunshine
when I see you in my sight.
There's a special glow in my heart
when I think of you.
If you're gone for even one day
I don't know what to do.
Oh I try you know
but whenever you go
the sunshine's just not there.
Oh it's in the sky
and I don't know why
I can't feel it anywhere.

Sunshine, you're my sunshine
and without you I am cold.

and shine for me like gold.
