World Of Contrasts Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

World Of Contrasts

Rating: 5.0

One means the other
A contrast of some sort
One cannot think of
A day without night.

An artist will say
Art needs light and shade
Life knows no joy
Without sorrow of some kind.

What's good without bad?
What's big without small?
How do we recognize smooth
Without roughness by its side.

Colors of the rainbow
Bring an all new measure
Each hue is distinct
Yet all mix to one.

Black contrasts white where as bad contrasts good or vice versa. Our lives go on contrast. Very beautifully you have brought in to paint dear Chndrupatla. Thanks for sharing... 10
