WORLD DIABETES DAY

World diabetes day to-day!
Organize a plan for coming day!
Right salute for the doctors on the pray!
Love to live with happy and gay!
Discipline in food habits, for bills, less pay!

Doctor’s advise is to be taken care!
In India, most of them have, please aware!
Active life with simple yoga,
Beat against diabetes with ease in sofa!
Eat less with affordable good food,
Travel to enjoy as Rabinhood!
Evening prayers keeps you with less stress!
Smile to live with others, to impress!

Daily walk with your little hearts!
Apple a day with meals apart!
Yes, living with positive, is a special art!

Poem of the Day

poet Christopher Marlowe

Black is the beauty of the brightest day,
The golden belle of heaven's eternal fire,
