Weighing Of A Poet Poem by ramesh rai

Weighing Of A Poet

Rating: 5.0

A poet can not be weighed with money
A poet can not be weighed wih gold
A poet can not be weighed with silver
A poet can be weighed only with words
words which are more eloquent
words which are more supplicant
words that determines more creation.

Poets can be weighed through emotion
Poets can be weighed with words
which venture for new light
Poets can be weighed with words
which can imagine beyond stars

Poets can be weighed with words
which are inherent with serenity, truthfulness and submission

A poet can be weighed with expression of soul.

Yes, a poet can be weighed with the beauty of words he uses, his power of imagination, the way he transfers his emotion to the readers, how he reflects his soul etc etc.... His value and weight cannot be measured in terms of gold! Enjoyed!

What if even when we do not weigh a poet at all? A good poet writes for himself and if he transports himself into a phase of bliss every time, he wins... A fine poem that reminds us of various parameters..

A poet creates a great structure using building blocks of words. A poet can be weighed by the words of creation. Beautifully conveyed in the poem. Thank you.

Beautiful poem on Weighing a poet. To be frank on this particular topic, if you ask me can you weigh a poem or a poet, I am not sure whether can I weigh it. Very true said, poet cannot be measured in money or gold. Loved reading it.

if a poet can touch his readers and hold their attention he is a true poet, writing from the heart is emotional so nicely written
