Ramesh Sir, one of the respected and talented poet in PH.
He has unique collections of poems
Whether in English, or Hindi.
It’s really a valuable gift you are born with.
His all poems related to life, all emotions and
relationships, peace and many more is really captivating.
I find it short of words to describe him and his wonderful collections of poems.
He rightly said.
A poet is born cannot be made, is the inspiration of only God
This makes him Topper of the PH contest 2013.
Its rightly said poet is born not made.
Congratulations on being the Winner and Topper!
Wishing you all the Best!
May you keep on contributing beautiful poems to this poetry world!
Dear Familiar, I feel not uncertain for your poems and actually not in any state to question their subtlety, for it's for the 'authors and grounds.' However, Nibs of an ink, I'd say, scribe; 'tis to a familiar spirit to perceive its significance. Down deeper into the pool of wit, Sir, I plunged, but came up wetter than any man I know. My unknowing subjected to the heat - I must confess. Nonetheless, I have not with me in any little, the much deserving woven-foliage of the bay to recognize the value but shall only say: Kudos, Poet!
The words i intend to write here are the sum of my little knowledge about poetry that my spirit assimilated by reading books, studying and teaching poetry, and there is no better place than this page of Mr.Ramesh Rai, a respected and gifted poet of the community of poetry-siblings. Poetry is central to existence, something having a great significance to the fully realised life. The reason of writing all this is a marvellous poem on this page, which is as hidden from the eyes of the readers as a wild flower in all its beauty stays ignored but keeps its beauty intact, unrivalled...the poem is FLAME...After reading this poem, i recall a definition by some writer, Poetry is a kind of language that says more and says it more intensively than does ordinary language. To understand this fully, we need to understand what it says...
The way Ramesh ji has explored and shared different sources of flame, of wisdom, hatred, agony and delusion, violence and hypocrisy, is just splendid...this is the essence of his poetry here..to quote a few lines from the poem:
What flame do you like to lit
it must not be obstacle in our path
the wheel of the nature must not stop
it brings peace and prosperity in our daily life
our coming generation must not
have to bow their head
they must not have to see the sufferings
of their fellowmen
where there is smile on each face
We must ensure.
Having... Flame...and many other nice poems on his credit, Ramesh ji has a distinct presence in the web world, making and shaping his aesthetic observation into poems of different themes, length and nature, but all concerning life, bonding and all feelings pertaining to life. I thank you Ramesh ji for your encouraging comments on my humble lines that i write that support me and encourage me, i enjoyed working on your urdu/hindi poem Life...

Hi Rai, I like the subject of this poem. People who live in hot and humid countries will truly appreciate what a cool bath can do the body, the mind and even to the soul. One day I will borrow your idea (Poetry as a stream) and try to express my feeling the best I can. Regards
The Hymn Of Mercy -
For a mortal mind What is a realisation A spiritual unfoldment Finite is never possible.
I woe upon the discreet, The vagrance and awareness The joys and greeds All are misunderstanding
