Wating For Love At Full Tide Poem by RAJ NANDY

Wating For Love At Full Tide

Rating: 4.8

WATING FOR LOVE AT
FULL TIDE

You came in silently on tip- toes like the
moonlight,
During the middle of one summer's night!
Dropping into my heart those moonbeam-
like droplets of love!
And as those golden drops began to gently
seep in,
Hoping it would flood me from head to feet;
I lay silently to get drenched complete!

But you had suddenly melted away out of
sight,
As silently you had come, on that full moon
night!
Like the ebbing tide, you left me behind,
As I lay parched on the dark beach,
For you had gone out of reach;
Rolling out far into the sea!
Never looking back once to see,
What has become of me!
Here I lie wating night after night,
Hoping that one day you will surge back
with the full moon's tide,
And we will embrace on the moonlit beach,
When you will flood me complete!
And be here with me to stay,
I keep eagerly wating for that day!
