Tiny Little Breaths Poem by Asma Khan

Tiny Little Breaths

Ever wondered what wonders are?
A jog in a fog
The heartbeat on its top
As strayed birds in a flock

Ever thought what life is?
A walk on an empty road in rain
where there is no end to any pain
buy or sell yourself without any gain

Ever pondered what heart is?
An unwanted joy or risk
You color it love in a brisk
It tops you with loads of emotional pain in a whisk

Ever percieved what soul is?
A traveller in time and dust
wearing a thin layer of blood and trust
play your role to turn it into a fair entrust

Ever sensed who you are?
A doll showcased or circus star
framed in dreams of glassed jar
fragranced to be smelled from a far
