The Widow Moon Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

The Widow Moon

Rating: 5.0

The widow moon with its white attire
Will hide her face behind thick boughs
The stars are nothing but drops of sweat
Splashed across night sky's tarred brows
The moon as a lonely bride feeling so sad
For her love who in the war was long dead
