The Tide After Words

Rating: 4.0

The foam rings around the rocks
cling to the high water mark.
The docks wooden posts are
wet and shiny drying in the sun.
The receding tide has left bits
and pieces often tightly wedged.
The tide after words holds all the
memories of where the water met.
