Below is the original text for this found poem taken from 'The New Sunday Express Magazine', part of the daily newspaper 'The New Indian Express' group Modern Panchatantra At Work Long ago there lived four friends in a jungle-a deer, a crow, a mouse and a turtle. One day a hunter appeared on the scene. Everyone disappeared fast, but the turtle couldn't. The hunter caught him and put him in his bag. The turtle's friends worried for their friend. They devised a plan to free him from the hunter. The crow flew high up in the sky to locate the hunter. As per the plan the deer ran past the hunter and lay on his path as if dead. The hunter saw the deer lying on the ground. Elated, he put down the bag, which had the turtle and ran to pick up the deer. Meanwhile the mouse cut open the bag and freed the turtle who hurriedly crawled into the river water. But before the hunter reached the deer he suddenly got up and bottled into the forest. The disappointed hunter turned back to collect the turtle he had left behind on the ground. But he was shocked to see the bag cut open and the turtle missing. The hunter left the jungle dejected. The friends once again lived happily. Moral: Team spirit is the core of achieving a common goal. It is strengthened by helping each other in crisis. Even the most difficult of the tasks are not impossible to perform if taken up unitedly.
