Take It All Away Poem by Dillon McKenna

Take It All Away

Rating: 4.0

You can take it all away from me,
Take my car, my coat, my keys
You can bind my hands and knock me to my knees
Force me to live alone on the street,
With no companions but rats and fleas
Rip me from my friends and my family,
But until my death you will see
As long as I draw breath I will be free.
