Stop Human Trade Poem by Tirupathi Chandrupatla

Stop Human Trade

They smuggle
People
To make money
They trade
People
For sex and work
Migrants fall
Prey
Expecting a future
On the other side
False papers
False identities
Person not a person
Any more
Illegal stay
A nightmare
This must stop
Gangs must be caught
Rings must be broken
Culprits must
Be punished
Let human values
Be held high.

Human trafficking is an evil that is with us as long as there is poverty, we have to give value to lives in poor countries.

Everyday we read and hear of such unlawful traffic, deceit and treachery! People are easily lured by the promise of a lucrative career and in the end burnt like flies in a flame! A very relevant write! !
