Sometimes Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Sometimes

Rating: 5.0

Sometimes the sky looks blue to me
Real blue that I like to wear in my heart;
Sometimes the group of clouds seems
Strange to me like I have never seen them;
Sometimes tipsy birds act as if they
Don't recognize me in the placid morn;
Sometimes flowers droop down to
Pick up the essence from my foot marks;
Sometimes I walk past the gurgling
Stream to sleep in the lap of sloping hills;
Sometimes I get lost in myself to
Live in a realm between dream and reality;
Sometimes I think of the ghost I will
Become when my soul won't find a skinny drape
