Soaked In Love Poem by Anil Kumar Panda

Soaked In Love

Rating: 5.0

You come soaked in the rain
When it was thundering
And water overflowed the plain

Drops hung from your curl
As you stand before me
They shone like dancing pearl

Our lips met and body too
As I pulled you closer
Love began to take shape anew

We rolled on the soft grass
Bodies entwined tight
You did not remain a shy lass

Our love flows as a rhyme
We decided to live in
Each other and forgot the time
