The ups and downs
Life offers in its course
The aches, pains and frowns

Joy of achieving
Pleasures of love and care
Life plays a truant
Nothing is hidden all bare

Is it a hill to be climbed?
Is it a river to be crossed?
A game may be to be played
Much to be won, much to be lost

Measuring the in and out air
Better walk on the path to the end
