Rekindling The Divine Spark

REKINDLING THAT DIVINE SPARK

We have spent many centuries trying to speculate
and find,
The secrets of the universe and mankind!
And whenever we found some plausible
explanations,
With pride we have patted our backs without a
single exception!
Whereas in reality we have only known, -
Less and less of the unknown and the undefined!
And whenever we have failed, we have always
dismissed things,
As mere mysterious and fictitious stuff, which
only Fiction prints!
Always forgetting that the Supreme Being, -
Lies beyond our scientific probings and equations;
Look and marvel at His wonderous creations!
Remember, God from the minute speck of an atom, -
His Divine Microchip;
Carved out the entire cosmos as per His scheme of
things to create,
A feat which humans can neither duplicate, nor
ever replicate!
And today after centuries of scientific research,
Science has found energy behind matter, and
matter behind energy ;
Both the converse and reverse, which lay embedded
in His creative imagery!
And while we try to travel at speeds faster than light;
In a mere blink of Lord Krishna's eyes, -
Centuries and eons simply roll by!
Though the sky remains as the limit of our hopes
and aspirations,
Let us not assume the role of the Creator out of
desparation!
But try to delve within, to rekindle that divine
spark,
To know Him better still, through His divine
creations;
And not like those blind men with an elephant,
groping in the dark;
Debating forever over our divergent thoughts
and deliberations!

'Let's not assume the role of creator out of desperation.' well said.Science has tried to dethrone God and is trying to interfere with nature. i find it most ridiculous that through genetic engineering they want to alter the shape of even fruits. you really think very deeply, and express yourself with simplicity and clarity.

Man is so insignificant in front of God, but still takes courage to argue….but the supreme spirit sets his puzzling mind with a smile…Lord Krishna….the creator…..can science explain HIM? ? ? ? In a mere blink of Lord Krishna's eyes, - Centuries and eons simply roll by! The poem probes into our very roots and makes us aware of the eternal divinity… as usual deep thoughts wonderfully expressed…. **Abha**
