Princess Poem by Poetry Falcon

Princess

Have you been with a loser for real?
Have you been with someone who slaughtered your spirit?
Who made you want to visit heaven a little early
Took your heart, yeah he f____ seared it.

You refer to him as a toxic soul
Someone you need to rid yourself self of
Who weighs you down so heavily
Oblivious that you are more than rough.

A spoiled little princess no doubt
Maybe he's just too simple for you
A man who's only vice possibly
Chase an unfilled dream, it's true.

How I wish I had half of him at least
Seeks and wants to be part of her life
Not like scante who goes months without a word
The source of my ultimate strife.

But you're just a little princess
Who up to this point
Has had to do nothing
But pass on the joint.

So he's weird and socially awkward
Won't get much out of him
But his silence is golden can't you hear it
It's actually his pseudonym.

See, little princess, inside is a coalmine canary
Sensitive and often misunderstood
Perceived to be indifferent and cold
Nothing but falsehood.

For he feels more than he discloses
A crazy war of emotions
Rush through his being, his soul
In denial of love and devotion.

For that is his safeguard, princess
Protect himself from those who might harm him
Who might take his heart and sear it to pieces
I know because I'm just like him.
