Prepare For The Unexpected
Sometimes we think
We're in full control
Of our time
And our destiny
Untruth of it shows up
Once in a while.
Our flight was scheduled
To leave at 1 pm that day
Aircraft at the gate
All looked right
People waited in queue
Eagerly to board.
No activity at desk
Then delay was announced
Due to maintenance it said
We boarded and taxied
Several planes ahead of us
We got off hours late.
We never know what fate will throw at us. Being prepared is good advice.
As Nabakishore says, we need to be prepared for the unexpected… Life is like that…
To remain prepared for the unexpected is a nice advice dear poet.
