Power and support

Not only will power to understand
but to support the stand
both are needed
before it is conceded
the mind should be quick enough to grasp
but lasts also in its class
but the sand takes pushes it further
and make sit smoother
as the body needs a strong mind
as well as a strong knee to climb
the stable mind shall guide it successfully
followed by the support given by readily
lovely thought to be pushed fiercely
and to practice it openly
to lag behind nowhere
and stay sans fear
