Painted art is artificial
As it is not built
Or made to last
On the contrary poetry
Although some times written
Stays in the mind
And can be passed.

Visual emotion versus provoking emotions/thoughts... i think every art has unique way to bring out something for us to experience...because words require us to read them mind to grasp, while colors visually captures eyes and drag their attention...i have started my visual art and it kind of dear to me somehow, but when i feel i need to express in other way round, poetry come over and i experience now and i do embrace it...i love both of this thing, they are different...as if two colours maybe different but complement each other, i guess thats how art supposed to be, it build around our senses...and make it beautiful and meaningful :) nice poem to share with use here, Thanks Tom

Good poetry will linger long in the minds....creating waves of delight! That's why Wordsworth and Keats, Walt Whitman and Emily Dickinson continue to be revered even now!
