Perpetrating Solitary Desires Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

Perpetrating Solitary Desires

Small pennants waving as the desert wind blows
them up and down just outside the window.

Letting themselves move freely in air currents,
flying like nobody's business.

Perpetrating desires of a solitary desert land-
scape in this poem.
